AI'm making a birthday cake with buttercream and gum paste/fondant decorations. The cake needs to be done for Tuesday, but they want it delivered Monday night. I'm kinda new to this, so I'm not sure how well everything will hold up. The butter cream is made with shortening so it doesn't have to be refrigerated. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I think it should be okay as long as there's nothing perishable. I usually finish my cakes the night before for next-day delivery.
