Hello fellow bakers and decorators, In Texas in order to have a home bakery your products must not require refrigeration. I want to be able to use a whip cream like filling cakes and cupcakes and I was wondering if any of you have had success flavoring the wilton whipped icing mix with pudding or extracts? I have access to bettercreme but I personally do not like it as it has a strong chemical taste to me.
