Please help every time I bake a 7up cake the top of the cake is beautiful after cooling in the pan the cake separates and falls. Please help me. I'm using traditional recipe. 3c flour 3 c sugar 5 eggs 3/4c 7up 3 sticks butter 2 teaspoons lemon bake for 1:15
Are you using regular 7-up, or diet?
Actually, the same thing happened to me and I thought maybe I should have added some baking powder.
