AHi every1 so it's my first time using both butter cream and ganache in a cake so I know that I have to put the ganached cake overnight outside the fridge before putting on the fondant but if I want to fill the cake with buttercream and then ganache it from the outside can I still leave it overnight outside the fridge so the ganache can be ready for the fondant
