Why does my MMF loses its shape when I roll it out.  The consistency seems good but as I roll it out on my counter, moving the fondant to shape my circle, it turns into a map....it just stretches all out :(  Do I need more PS?

Fondant follows whatever shape you roll it into.  It does sound like it's too soft and is getting away from you.  Try letting it cool down or rest - in a bowl greased with Crisco - for an hour then roll out again on powdered sugar.

ADenise NH.....this fondant has been resting for two days. It starts out as a circle and as it gets bigger and i start moving it on my counter (to prevent from sticking) it misshapes. Do you think i need more powdered sugar?? Any help is appreciated!

Try using corn starch on the counter to keep it from sticking. Sometimes mmf gets dried out if you use too much powdered sugar. Hope this helps.
