Caramel Apples!!!!

AHi, When making caramel for caramel apples, I know you have to use heavy cream, but can you use whole milk instead? Any tips or recipes would be greatly:D appreciated.. Thanks in advance :D

Whole milk contains more water than heavy cream.  Heavy cream has a higher fat ratio.  It can be used however you will need to cook it to a harder stage (higher temp) so if you want a thick creamy caramel use the cream, otherwise using the milk will be just fine.
