AHi,

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to bake two colours in the same tin without them bleeding through? Ideally i need to do a layer of vanilla then strawberry and so on, as I am baking in a bowl to get a dome shape i don't want to have to bake one whole vanilla and then one whole strawberry if i can help it. Thanks

You can fill pastry bags with your batter, then pipe in your first layer, then go over it with your second layer, and then add layers if necessary.  It may not be totally clean, but you'd have definite separation of colors.  Not sure how the slope of the bowl is going to affect the batter that is going up the sides though.

Practice and see how it works.
