AHi everyone! I have a cross cake to do and I really want sharp corners.. 2 questions 1: has nutone used ganache here to crumb coat a carved/cross cake and if so how to u get your edges sharpe (don't think I can use upside down method here) and 2: is there a good carving but moist chic cake recipe on CC?

I like top use a chocolate version of WASC. Great for carving and always moist
