AHi all. I used to get pretty big air bubbles in my baked cakes until I watched a video which instructed the batter to be poured into cake tins from a 30cm height. I got rid of the big bubbles but still get some small ones here and there. What is your trick?

Over mixing/beating/whisking of the cake mixture or batter - is a common cause for air bubbles in cakes. Its important to sift  raising agents  for example baking soda or baking powder, as any lumps in mixture will expand and pop - thus causing holes to appear. Hope this helps!
