AI got a request to do this cake but for 10-15 people only. My first thought was to suggest dummy cakes for the bottom tiers and real cake for just the top tier.

But I was also wondering if I could please get any suggestions on condensing the cake, using elements from the cake, for maybe a 1 tier or 2 tier cake so it is not so huge. Just want to present some options to the client. Thank you!

I probably would only do 2 tiered but one being a dummy (bottom) and use some of the elements to pull it off.  Of course that's a lot of work for such a small cake.
