Hello!

The wedding organiser Im working with sent me a request about a 3 tiered heart shaped sponge n jam wedding cake (servings for 50) with colar white roses and ribbon. (Not white, colar white!) I´ve been searching online but I haven´t found any premix colouring. Anybody has an idea how to get this colar color? Or has it got an other specific name?

And I am just curious how much would you charge for this cake?

Any help would be much appreciated!

Thank you!

Ask them to send you a photograph.

If you decide to accept this order, make sure you get a waiver IN WRITING that the customer understands that a perfect colour match may not be possible.

A 6, 8, 10 heart shaped cake serves 74.  Is it realistic to do a 3 tier heart shaped cake that only serves 50?

I know! Realisticly i don´t think i make a 3 tier (of real cake) for 50 servings. I´ll just let the bride know if she wants 3 tier its gonna cost a bit more, or maybe a fake tie could be a possibility... Thank you for the help!
