Good morning!

Just a quick question....I am going to bake cookies for a festival at the end of April. I wanted to wrap in parchment paper, with a sticker to hold tight, instead of in plastic wrap...would this still keep the cookies fresh? Or would wax paper be better?

Thoughts?

Thank you

Lisa

I'm thinking that it's going to be difficult to get the packages to stay closed, since the parchment is stiff and designed not to stick to anything.

I really love glassine bags. You just pop a cookie it, fold over the top and stick your label on.
