Does anyone has a tutorial or a know-how how to make the flowers on the strings, getting the flowers attached on the string like this?

It is wire not string , you make the individual buds by hand insert a fine wire into each one a 33 or 30 gauge , then wire them together with tape onto a bit heavier gauge wire like a 28 or 26.
