AHi Cake Bakers. I would like to know how to make rose ruffles. Do I starting the middle out or out to the middle? Is it with strips or circle cutters? Or do I make them and them stick it on the cake? (I can't add the pic, oops.):-)

Without a pic it is hard to say.  It sounds to me like you are referring to ribbon roses.  They are usually made w/b'cream and tip 103 or 104.  Others can be made by using a strip of fondant and just rolling it up slowly, pinching/pleating the bottom edge now & then to form a rose.  There must be lots of video on YouTube but sorry, I can't give you any links.
