My question is: do I need to add baking soda and baking powder to my home made cake batter with sour cream in it or will just baking powder work? Need help understanding this one.Thanks.
My recipe only called for baking powder...the cake was awesome...but a little deflated in the center...my oven is right on target with temps.
Many reason for the cake to fall including the type of flour--if you changed from milk to sour cream.
