I have a cake due Friday around 6/7 in the evening, but the party is Saturday.
I was going to get up early that day and bake but we have a little emergency that morning.
So when should I make it? Idk what to do =(
(I'm new to this, lol)

You don't say what the cake if for, but I would have it done by Thurs. evening and it can just sit in the refrigerator until I need to deliver it. Box it up, wrap the boxed cake with plastic wrap and it will be good.
As long as you aren't using perishable filling, it will be fine at room temperature for days.
