ASo, I'm doing a two tiered cake and I need the bottom tier with straight edges. So after I bake the cake so I ice it them cool it then put the fondant? How do I achieve this??

They have a wonderful tutorial on how to get a straight edge on a fondant cake on youtube but you will need two fondant smoothers.
