Hi there im struggling on how to write on a fresh cream cake.. im not good at piping chocolate letters.. any help and advise plz? x

You can pipe melted chocolate letters onto bakers parchment set on a baking pan. Use candy melts (chocolate coating) instead of real chocolate, it works better until you get some skill.  Put a piece of paper underneath with printed letters so you have a guide to follow.

Pipe enough letters until you get a good set.  Chill and then place onto the cream.
