Please help. I've had several requests for this style of lace decoration? is it a mat I can purchase?

I think I read on this site that the leaves, flowers, etc. were cut outs then the lines joining were piped with royal. It is not a mat but you might find something similar.

its not a mat it cutter placed on the cake and royal icing  line attaching to look like lace
