I downloaded Cakeboss software over the weekend and i cant get it to work for nothing. I have been trying to get in contact with the company through email but no response as of yet. Before i request a refund from Paypal, has anybody else experienced this. If not, is there another way to contact the comany?

Thanks K8memphis I ordered it on Friday and I did send an email to the address listed and tried all the troubleshooting tips on their website. Just wanted to make sure its a reputable company before i throw in the towel. Im new to this business and would really love to have this in my arsenal. I guess i'll be patient and wait a few more business days.
they should be responding--the owner is a member on here and it is a good solid company--mine works good
partial business day friday (if ordered before close of business) then today is one so should hear from them soon!

AYes i did hear from her for some reason she didn't get my previous emails over the weekend. She is being very supportive and she and i are working out the issue now. I guess somethings up with my computer. (Sigh) Thanks for your support and i will keep u updated.

Thanks K8memphis u were right because i was very close to requesting a refund. Their tech support is very helpful she even game me her personal cell phone to help diagnose the issue i was having. I finally got it worked out and i can tell im gonna love this software. Im a newbie and i got 3 orders in this week so im excited cant wait to use it!
