Anyone that has any recipes for a chocolate cake that is ideal for carving and wouldn't mind giving me some advice or a link to a good recipe it would be GREATLY appreciated. I know that the cake can't be extremely moist or it will fall apart, but I REALLY want it as moist as it can be without ruining the look of the cake. The last one I tried just wasn't as moist as I wanted. Thanks in advance

look up Lindy Smith's chocolate fudge cake.  It is fantastic, easy to make...no creaming, and is moist, very chocolaty and you can carve it.  I made a car using that recipe.
