AHi. I'm confused. I never use caramel filling( I used nestle caramel top ) the I add bit of my white choc ganache....I covered mudcake cake with ganache, then after 2 hours the ganache was set so was excited to cover it with fondant, then left it out overnight at my bench. Next day I decorated it, then it will be 2 nites sitting out now?would that be ok and safe for tomorrow nites party? Thanks
