I was contacted by one of my regular customers this evening...  He is wanting an Easter Cake delivered tomorrow.  He is wanting it iced in green icing with green dyed coconut on the sides.  I can not for the life of me think of how to decorate the top of this cake.  I am very seldom at a loss for decorating ideas, but the green icing is throwing me off...  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!!!! 

When in doubt, a few spring flowers!

Or a spring garden. Rows of carrots Sweet peas vining around the top Lots of Easter eggs-chocolate or fondant or Cadbury eggs. Lol
