AI am needing to find a coconut cream cake filling for in a wedding anyone know of a feed one

Is the cake coconut?  I would use a coconut cream pie filling and throw some toasted coconut up in there.  YUM.

I have made that cake and it is so delicious. Actually, have eaten it from the pennisula grill.
