Hey Everyone!!

A friend of mine wants me to make him vanilla cupcakes with banana cream pie filling in the center and fresh sliced bananas incorporated in it, too. What's the best way to incorporate both of those things into the cupcake? What would happen to the banana if I were to put it right into the batter and bake it in? Would the bananas become mushy, would they brown up, would they caramelize? I'm not sure. Please help and if you have any ideas on what I could do, let me know! I'm always up for trying new ideas!

Thanks!!! icon_biggrin.gif

AI've made banana cake before and I just mashed the bananas and incorporated it in the batter. It made for a sweet, moist and quite heavy cake. And really delicious too!:D
