I have a batch of already prepared Indydebi's BC. I wanted to make it into a chocolate flavor for the purpose of filling. Unfortunately the stores near my house dont have Bakers unsweetened chocolate.
What can I use instead? Could I use semi-sweet chocolate? If I add coco powder to it now (after its made) I think it wont mix.
If I add Hersheys syrup and cocoa powder to my BC- could it be kept outside? Or require refegeration?
