So I've never made GP before and I was going to make a batch of his this week.  This sounds really stupid, but I can go ahead and make flowers now for an April wedding right?  I have made figures and such with pre-made GP, but I was reading some old posts and people said the Nick Lodge paste and decorations get moldy if not refrigerated.  My house is generally pretty cool and it's not humid where I live at all.  I just want to make sure that my flowers don't get moldy if I go ahead and make them now.

Thanks!

Your dried gumpaste flowers will be fine if you don't have high humidity inside your house.   The "raw" gumpaste can get funky if you leave it at room temperature for weeks, but dried items will not.  Just keep them away from light, dust, and breakage and they will keep for years.
