I am hoping I can get some suggestions.  I need to make a 9 x 13 cake of a doctors jacket with a stethoscope, however, my friend does not like fondant, at all.  I want to use a crusting bc, but not sure how to make it have some dimension.  Would have a white jacket, blue shirt and red tie (saw a cake on this site made with fondant).   I thought about the frozen bc method, but my icing doesn't have butter in it and the cake will be sitting out for awhile.  I also don't know if I can do that large a design (want design size of the pan).  I never have done this method.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
