I'm finally going to try and make some MMF. Every recipe I've seen calls for mini marshmallows but I bought the larger ones (about an inch and a half across). Will the recipe work with the larger ones ? Is it just the length of time it will take them to melt that is different or do they not work at all?

If anyone has tried to make MMF with the larger ones, did it work?  Sorry if I'm asking a stupid question but I don't want to waste my time or ingredients on something that won't work!

thanks!

It will be fine, they'll just take longer to melt. I've heard people have more issues with air bubbles with the larger marshmallows but ultimately it will work.
