A[SIZE=3][/SIZE]Hi! I'm making a birthday cake on march 9th, frosted and filled with Rich's richwhip topping. I usually make cakes on the day I need them. I have also sometimes made them the day before. I'd like to know how much ahead I can make my cake without refrigerating. I live in wisconsin. Hoping someone can help me!

I have not used Rich's richwhip topping but it most likely is just like their Bettercreme &/or Frostin Pride.  Those do best if served the same day as put on the cake.

I have used it before and it reminds me of cool whip.  It even taste like cool whip to me.. I only used it for in between two layer cake as a filling..
