So I need to do ruffles on a 6" 3 layer cake which will have raspberry filling inside. Im not sure how much of this recipe I would need to make?
Have never done ruffles, so definitly dont want to run out in the middle, but dont want too many extra.

i generally need 6 cups to frost and fill an 8 inch cake with two layers of filling inside.
so 4 cups will probably be more than enough for your 6 inch with filling.
