I went to the store to purchase dark chocolate so I can give that a try but they only had milk and semi sweet chocolate available. I've made the milk chocolate recipe using the 3:1 ratio, but I'm not sure which ratio to use for the semi-sweet chocolate??
I just made ganache using Nestle's semi-sweet chocolate and used a 2:1 ratio. Â It worked great. Â I spread it for filling and icing.
