AHelllllp! I have a request for a boob cake that will feed about 20-25. It will be covered in MMF. How much should I charge for this cake?

Are you doing a torso as well?  I have done 3 of these soo far. I also do a torso and bikini bottoms.  I charge anywhere from $75.00-$100.00 depending on the amount of detail put into the outfit. I also make ganache for under the fondant.

AYou should charge your ingredient cost + your labor cost + overhead costs on a per-order basis (license fees, insurance, etc.) + markup based on market rates in your area (usually 15-45%).
