Has anyone ever mixed Bettercreme with Buttercream for a lighter fluffier result. I have a client that this would fit to a tee, but I am not sure how it would work. Of course this would be not crusting so it would require a little more work. I may even texture comb the sides and the top will have enough detail on it to hide any not so perfectly smooth areas.
AI have mixed the 2. It tastes great. As far as crusting, not so sure. I only iced the cake and used it for the borders. The customer thoroughly enjoyed the icing.
