I just put a cake in the oven and realized I forgot to add the salt. I added the baking powder and soda, but forgot the salt. Will that ruin the cake?
No, it will probably just taste extra sweet... salt is usually used to cut the sweetness... don't worry about it.. I made a cake and forgot the eggs and it actually turned out better than the one with the eggs in it. I call it Victoriaizing the recipe.
