Has anyone ever used Hershey's "Perfectly Chocolate" Chocolate Cake recipe for a half size sheet cake? I used this recipe over the weekend for a chocolate cupcake order and it has been the best from stratch chocolate cupcake. I had a few left over and it is still moist and yummy this am. I just wonder if this will work in a large cake pan. I assume it would,but you know what happens when you assume, lol. The batter is really thin. I would use a couple of nails in it when I baked it. Looking for input on this. Thanks in advance.
I've used it for a quarter sheet and it baked fine.
