AHello I'lll be making a cake with a lobster on top and was hoping to get ideas or resources on how to go about making the lobster? I'm thinking mild it out of Rice Krispie treat and cover in fondant.
I would make it out of 50/50 just because I think the details would be easier than in RKT covered in fondant.
AI'm sorry this may be a silly question but what is 50/50? .. I'm very new to baking and decorating
half fondant half gum paste :)
you can google fondant lobsters and see how others have constructed there is even some video tutorials.
