I have used VistaPrint for some things I needed... Their "Free" options cost you shipping... but they also send coupons for all sorts of stuff... They do look more professional... Though they wouldn't have different codes on them... You would have to add that...

If you have Microsoft Office, there are plenty of Word Templates you can download for free... from business card size to full blown tickets...
