Hi everyone. I noticed that chocolate cake recipes that call for melted chocolate usually produce a moist good textured cake. But it's almost never the case with white cake recipes. So I was wondering whether the cocoa butter within the chocolate makes that difference. Has anybody made a non-chocolate cake using pure cocoa butter as one of the ingredients?
