AI made a huge batch of vanilla bc on 1/26 and saved the rest in the fridge, this recipe called for butter, heavy cream and some international delight creamer. I'm wondering if you all think this would be ok to use for cupcakes I wanted to make tomorrow for some co-workers.

Thanks in advance!!

I think it will still be ok. I always freeze any b/c i have left over, not matter what kind i make. Work it with the spatula and then smell and taste it. Again, i think it will be fine.

AThanks for the quick response! I figured it would be ok, the creamer and whipping cream don't expire themselves for another two weeks, but just wanted to make sure.

I knew I should have frozen the bc, but I had zero room in my freezer! Haha! Thanks again!
