A customer bring this photo 4 me to make like it for her wedding

So I want to know how to make these toppers ? I think its made of gumpaste , is it true? [B]Yes[/B] did it need a wire support inside or not? [B]yes[/B]

& how to attach it to the cake? [B]using the wire or skewer stick into cake[/B]
