I need a true to size 9x13 baking pan. I need the inside bottom of the pan to measure 9x13.

Most pans measure that on the outside top of pan. Many pans say 9x13 but really are not. I am a commercial baker and need to cut my desert pieces to exact specifications. Can you tell me if the Magic Line pans measure 9x13 on the inside bottom of pan? If not are you aware of any that are?
