Just thought I'd share one of the most unusual cakes I've ever had: smörgåstårta.
It's a swedish delight made with bread & smoked herring and decorated with hard boiled eggs, parsley and tomatoes.
Here's a photo of it
What do you think? Don't judge it too harshly until you taste it :)

i like all those ingredients but i don't know if i'd want to eat a slice though
