Hi Everyone,

 

I was thinking about starting to give SMBC as an icing option. Right now I offer American Buttercream and Fondant. I was just wondering if I should charge more for SMBC then I do for ABC and if so how much? If you could give me an example of price difference that would be great! Ex. Cupcake with ABC -$2.00 each Cupcake with SMBC - $3.00 each just so I can get a good idea of the difference because I know pricing is different in different areas so just knowing what you charge for SMBC might not help as much. Thanks!

smbc is my normal go to icing--i charge the same as for abc

No, it's all I offer unless I need to use ganache.
