Have you got a recipe of chocolate plastic or chocolat paste ........i think it is made of glucose and chocolat but have you got a good recipe to make flowers or to cover a cake ......
This stuff is also called "modelling chocolate" and there are many posts on Cake Central. You could use google to find them very quickly.
There is a person who is sharing her modelling chocolate recipes by email, you have to contact her through wickedgoodies.net and the recipes are free.
thank u for your answer , it is a very beautifull site .......it is the same recipe i saw in a french magazin , but i think i 'have boiled the chocolate too much ....that why it was an oiled paste.
