AHey y'all!! My chocolate cupcake recipe is super moist but theyre really dense. How can I make them light and fluffy?
My recipes are vegan. Instead of eggs I use unsweetened applesauce and instead of whole milk I use unsweetened full fat coconut milk.
I've made them before but I feel like something is off and i'm really meticulous when it comes to measuring.Â maybe i'm using more applesauce than i used to...i'll have to go back and try them again with less applesauce.. thanks for your help!
