I get nervous about keeping a cake out of the fridge to long........I have made a cake and iced it with BC with fondant accents. I know I can leave it out over night if it is covered in fondant but what about bc?? I don't want to ruin my accents, but want to keep it safe......any help??? how long do you leave your cakes out at a time for? thanks for any help!!!

Aif your filling is perishable, it needs to be in the fridge. otherwise, it should be fine on the counter
