So it's my birthday, and my daughter's (age 6), and I'm making a strawberry shortcake with the same theme...can't quite do the face of Strawberry Shortcake, though...it's hard.  I work under the CFL, but since this is my own cake, I'm making it with whipped cream.  Oh boy.I am going to gain a few pounds this weekend.  Can't wait, I almost never eat my own cakes!  It's weird, I like making my own birthday cake.  Anyone else?
