Hi!  I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place.  I really want to attend a cake decorating conference this year.  Having never been to one I'm coming to my favorite cake forum for suggestions.  I am leaning toward ICES because it's close enough to drive to.  However looking for suggestions from you guys.  What's your favorite and why?  I'm looking for one that offers the best hands on classes.

Thanks!

Beth

HI, i have been attending the ices convention with my friend for 13 yrs. I don,t take the hands on, but they are offering more each year it seems. I do love to take the hour demos, etc. I work a little to give some of my time. I just love everything about it. hth They already have the info on ices.org. I think registration if first of april this year. It was first of march last year. hth
