HELLO everyone, i just made a chocolate mousse filling last night but the recipe said to refrigerate over night, now its hard and i have no idea how to make it smooth and applicable to a cake i need done by today please help!!icon_sad.gif

Usually, allowing the mousse to come to room temp. does the trick. HTH :)
